• Nicotine gums chewing is different than ordinary chewing gums. It delivers the best results when CHEW-PARK-REPEAT as displayed in the following steps.

The typical person using a RYZE nicotine gum will experience nicotine for up to 30 minutes.

Avoid eating while chewing RYZE nicotine gum. Using acidic beverages, such as coffee or soft drinks, together with nicotine gums may interfere with the buccal absorption of nicotine. Acidic beverages should be avoided for 15 minutes prior to chewing nicotine gum.
